The RTRS Rod Stiffener is used to securely connect a threaded rod to a strut channel, enabling the assembly to safely accommodate compression loads in suspended or braced installations.

The rod stiffener interlocks with the channel lips so that the threaded rod doesn’t slip or deform the channel under compression.

- Enhances the rigidity of a threaded rod support system by connecting strut channel to the system which minimizes damage in a seismic event.
